Vista and WEP

I am currently on a wireless network that uses an encryption key and can't connect using Vista (im on XP right now) I have tried installing the drivers for my wireless card (D-Link DWL-G520) but have had no luck getting the utility program to run. Is there any other way to input the encryption key?

Try changing the security on the router. However you could go through the Network Center, click on "Manage wireless networks" in the side, and create the options for the wireless network there, and you can also put a WEP key in there.

The problem is the index of the WEP key, there is no place where you can indicate that.
For example, on my network there are 2 WEP keys, 1 allows full access and the other one only restricted access to a VLAN, in XP I can say that the WEP key I'm using is referenced as index 2 in my router, there is no such option in Vista.
